About
Built by Someone Who Lived This Problem
Over years working in K-12 school leadership, I managed my share of difficult student incidents — bullying cases, threats, altercations that became community issues. Each one required careful investigation, thorough documentation, and sound judgment under pressure.
What I didn't have was a clear method. I used Google Docs, email threads, and a lot of mental tracking. I worried about what I might be missing. I wasn't confident the record would hold up if things escalated.
I built IncidentMethod because this problem is real, it affects administrators at every kind of school, and no one has built a tool specifically for it. The goal is simple: give school leaders the structure and confidence they deserve.
IncidentMethod gave me a structure I didn't know I was missing. I finally feel confident that I'm not going to miss a step or be caught off guard when someone asks questions later.
